Birth to 3

The Birth to 3 Program is an early intervention special education program. This program helps children under the age of 3 who have delays or disabilities.  A team of professionals works with your child and your family to support your child’s growth and development as well enhancing your family's knowledge, skills, and abilities.  The Birth to 3 program is here to help children grow and learn to their fullest protentional. 

Children’s Long Term Support

The CLTS Program supports children with disabilities and their families by providing services that help children grow and live their best lives in their homes and community.  Each child and family work with a support and service coordinator to develop a plan to meet their goals.  It is a home and community-based service waiver program, using Medicaid waiver to fund services for children with disabilities.
